Toronto, May 6, 2008 – The winners of the Ruth and Sylvia Schwartz Children’s Book Awards have been selected. Toronto, May 1, 2008 - The Association of Canadian Book Wholesalers claimed last week in meetings with book publishers and distributors that Canadian taxpayers and consumers are unwittingly subsidizing giant American library wholesalers.
